About VIP99 – The Trusted Online Betting Platform for Malaysian Players

If you've ever asked yourself – "which platform truly understands how Malaysians like to bet?" – the answer is VIP99. We are not an international platform that simply translates the interface into Malay and calls it a day. From the very beginning, VIP99 is built with Malaysian players as the primary focus – from a game selection that includes local sports, to deposit methods you use every day, to a support team you can speak with in the language you're most comfortable with.

We began operations in 2018 with a simple vision: to give Malaysian players one trusted destination with enough games to choose from and a system they could rely on. Over more than seven years, VIP99 has grown from a sports betting platform into a fully rounded online entertainment ecosystem – covering Sports Betting, Live Casino, poker, slots, esports, and much more.

Who Exactly Is VIP99?

VIP99 is an online betting and casino platform built specifically to serve the Malaysian player community. We operate under a recognised licence and employ technology systems that meet international security standards. While we are a digital platform, our core values are deeply rooted in Malaysian culture and lifestyle – we understand that local football fans want Malaysia Super League coverage on par with the EPL, that Malaysian badminton enthusiasts want to bet on BWF events with a deeper understanding of the sport, and that younger Malaysian players want relevant esports options like Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and DOTA 2.

Name VIP99 itself reflects our commitment – every player, regardless of their stake size, is treated like a VIP member. You don't need to deposit thousands of ringgit to receive great service. A new member making their first deposit of RM50 receives the same treatment as a seasoned player at a high roller table. This is what we mean by "VIP for everyone".

VIP99's Journey Since 2018

In 2018, VIP99 launched our first Sports Betting platform with a focus on the leagues Malaysian players follow most – the EPL, La Liga and the Malaysia Super League. The response we received in that first year exceeded all expectations. Local players genuinely appreciated being able to deposit using familiar methods, receive support in Bahasa Malaysia, and enjoy an interface optimised for mobile devices.

In 2019 and 2020, we expanded the platform by introducing Live Casino – including baccarat, blackjack and roulette with live dealers – as well as a dedicated slots section featuring titles from internationally certified game providers. This opened the platform VIP99 to a broader segment of players who had previously relied on other platforms solely for their casino needs.

The rapid growth of esports in Malaysia between 2020 and 2022 drove us to build a serious esports section. We invested in a team that truly understands the local esports scene, and the result is an esports section VIP99 now covering MLBB, DOTA 2, Valorant, CS2 and many more. We also introduced a full poker section featuring multiple variants – Texas Hold'em, Omaha and Short Deck – along with scheduled daily and weekly tournaments.

Today, VIP99 keeps growing, but our original goal remains unchanged: to give Malaysian players a platform they can trust, join with confidence and enjoy to the fullest.

VIP99's Mission, Vision and Core Values

Every decision we make at VIP99 – from interface design to game provider selection, from bonus policies to withdrawal procedures – is grounded in three core principles that define who we are as a company.

Our Mission

To provide the most relevant, secure and enjoyable online betting and entertainment platform for Malaysian players – ensuring every aspect of the platform is designed from a local user's perspective, not simply adapted from an international template.

Our Vision

To be the number one online betting platform of choice for Malaysian players – not just in terms of size or game volume, but in trust, quality of experience, and commitment to the community we serve.

Our Core Values

VIP99 operates on four non-negotiable values: Trust, Fairness, Transparency and Responsibility. Trust means we keep our systems secure and player accounts fully protected. Fairness means all games are run using certified random number generators. Transparency means bonus terms and withdrawal conditions are stated clearly with no confusing fine print. And Responsibility means we provide self-control tools and actively promote healthy betting within our community.

Games Available at VIP99

One of the core strengths of VIP99 is the sheer variety of games available on a single platform. Players don't need to juggle multiple accounts across different platforms – everything they need is right here:

• Sports Betting: Football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, UCL, La Liga), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), cricket (IPL, T20 World Cup), tennis (Grand Slams, ATP), basketball (NBA) and over 30 sports with thousands of markets.
• Live Casino: Baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger and sic bo with live dealers from certified studios – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Safety and Trust at VIP99

For us at VIP99, player security is not an added feature – it is the foundation of everything we build. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your personal data and transaction information. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts for an extra layer of protection. We do not store your payment card details directly – every transaction is processed through a secure, certified payment gateway.

Our gaming systems use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that has been independently audited by a third party to ensure every game outcome is truly random and fair. The live casino game providers we work with are internationally certified companies subject to strict regulatory oversight. This means that when you play at VIP99, you can be confident that every game you play is genuinely fair – not just because we say so.

Deposits & Withdrawals Tailored for Malaysia

We understand that a smooth deposit and withdrawal process matters just as much as the quality of the games themselves. That is why VIP99 supports all major digital payment methods commonly used by Malaysians in their everyday lives:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – The most popular and fastest method. Deposits are processed almost instantly.
• GrabPay – Ideal for active users within the Grab Malaysia ecosystem.
• Boost eWallet – A fast-growing digital alternative, especially popular among younger players.
• ShopeePay – Convenient for users who are already active on local e-commerce platforms.
• DuitNow – Direct bank account transfers with higher transaction limits.
